Intermittent Outage: Delay in confirming some orders placed online.

We are experiencing an intermittent outage, preventing Order Confirmation emails from being sent for some orders placed online.

What should I do?
Orders may continue to be placed online and are being received.

The intermittent outage has normalised and orders placed are now being confirmed within normal timeframes.
