What does the JB Hi-Fi Business Corporate Benefits Program offer?
The JB Hi-Fi Corporate Benefits program offers discounted rates on a diverse array of products to offer your employees/members as part of your organisation's rewards program.
I would like to enquire whether my organisation can join the program, how can I make this enquiry?
If you are an existing customer with JB Hi-Fi Business, please reach out directly to your JB Hi-Fi Account Manager to register your interest.
My organisation is registered for the Corporate Benefits program, how do I login?
If your organisation uses a shared access link: When joining our Corporate Benefits program, your organisation was asked to host key information on your Intranet or secure members page. You will need to locate this page in order to confirm how to access this portal, a direct login link should be hosted on this page. If you do not know where this is hosted, you will need to reach out to your program administrator, for security JB Hi-Fi is unable to provide access by other means.
Please note: Logging in with 'Org Code' and 'password' is no longer available due to security reasons.
If you have an individual login for this portal: An individual login is where you have been provided a login for your corporate email address. If you have an individual login, please select the 'reset password' link from your login screen, or reset it here. This will send a secure link to your registered email address to ensure we keep your account secure.
Features
How does the order import feature work?
Order Import is a great tool if you like to manage your own list of products external to the website.
You may copy/paste the items into the notepad in the required format (SKU, Quantity) or upload a csv file in the same format.
Can I share my favourites list?
Favourites lists are available to customers with individual email logins only. The feature is a personal favourites list, and sharing of this list is not possible. If you want to create shared lists, we recommend you try Order Templates, which gives you much more flexibility to create and share multiple lists to suit your needs.
For customers using shared logins, your program administrator can create and share lists via Order Templates.
How do I build a template for the list of products that I tend to buy frequently?
Note: This feature is available to program administrators only. Templates are fantastic for creating lists of products and sharing them with everyone in your program.
To get started:
- Add items to your shopping cart
- From the cart page select the ‘save as template’ button
- Once you click ‘save as template,’ you may assign a name for your template
- Select the ‘Save As Company Template’ option to share the list
As the creator of your template(s), only your login is able to edit the contents of the lists, but others will be able to purchase items from the lists.
How do I compare multiple products?
Comparing products is as easy as selecting the compare checkbox on a product whilst you are browsing the website
You will see a menu fly-out from the bottom of your screen. Choose more products to compare and click on the ‘compare selected’ button in the menu to compare your selection.
Note: You may only compare up to 3 products at a time, but you can add more to the selection menu. Simply toggle the items you wish to compare to switch between items.
Ordering & Payments
Are there any additional fees and charges if I pay by credit card?
There are no credit card surcharges when paying for your order with your credit card on this site.
What type of payment does JB Hi-Fi Business accept?
We support credit card payments with your Visa, Mastercard or AMEX online. We plan to expand our payment options in the near future.
Can I purchase with JB Hi-Fi gift cards?
We do not currently offer purchasing from our discounted range with JB Hi-Fi gift cards.
Why is there a quantity limit on products?
Some tech products can be in-demand, for this reason we have limits on products according to manufacturer requirements and to ensure a fair distribution to our customers.
Why is my preferred store not offered as a collection point?
The product(s) you have selected may not be available at your preferred location.
What delivery options do I have?
Options for your order can vary according to the product(s) you select, the quantity you wish to purchase and the locations where we have stock available. To confirm delivery options, it is best to add the item(s) to your cart and use the freight estimator.

Can I pre-order products online?
Where we have pre-order products available online, you will see the item appear with a pre-order ribbon over the product image.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
When browsing or search products, you will notice that the product list shows an availability message on the product. Where we have products available to order on demand, we will show you a message to confirm shipping estimates.
How do I know when a product has a promotional price and when it will expire?
Products that have a promotional price will appear with a yellow shape over the product image, to indicate a promotional price or offer is available.
We show the expiry of the promotion when you click through to the product detail page and on the item if it is in your shopping cart to help ensure you place your order before the offer expires.
I saw an item priced cheaper a few days ago, can you honour the cheaper price today?
JB Hi-Fi passes on special deal prices from its suppliers when they are running. Deal expiry dates are always provided against the product. When the deal expires, prices revert to our existing competitive prices.
Suppliers offer limited time promotions from time-to-time. When this is the case, we will show the expiry date of the promotion on the Product Detail Page as well as in the cart to help ensure you place your order in time.
Why is the JB Business website the same price as the retail website for some items?
Sometimes there is a supplier promotion that is just too good to miss! Rather than missing out on an available promotion, we do our best to ensure you get the same great price.
When these promotions are available, we show them online with a yellow shape over the product image for easy identification.
After Sale Support
I have not received an order confirmation email, what do I do?
Please check your junk folder, just in case the email was redirected by your mail provider. If you have not received an Order Confirmation message, please check for an Order Review email. This email indicates that your payment is being verified, and we will provide an update on your order with a few hours.
Who and how do I contact for any technical issue on my purchased product?
We recommend you contact us or the product manufacturer directly for any faults.
Can I return a product if I find I do not like it (change of mind)?
Returns may be accepted in some circumstances, please check the the JB Hi-Fi Returns policy here.
Some products may incur a restocking fee, this will be noted on the product detail page for the product
What happens after the goods are accepted for return?
You will be contacted by our JB Hi-Fi support team with information on the next steps in the return process and any further instructions.

What do I need to prepare for collection of a bulky item?
If you have ordered a bulky item, such as a fridge or freezer, and need to arrange collection, please download the information booklet for the relevant collection location.

Can I add one or more items in an order I have already submitted?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to increase quantities nor add additional products.
We recommend you place another order for the additional items you require.
Can I cancel my order online?
We may have already prepared your order, so it is best to contact us (hyperlinked) as soon as possible to confirm if this is possible.
Where can I find my order number?
When you place an order online and it has successfully integrated into our systems, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with your order number.

The website says user access is denied, what do I do?
Your access may have been deactivated by your program administrator, or automatically deactivated due to inactivity. Please contact your program administrator to reactivate your login.
